IRC server irc.outpost-universe.net down

It appears that the IRC Server irc.outpost-universe.net along #netmech is down.
The Quakenet server could be used instead. Same channel (#netmech).

I have no need for that (I've been on the channel for a few days and I use a different IRC client), but others might. It is good that you posted it here just in case.

if you are already using the web chat it should automatically forward.
