Help lost cd

Hi everyone, please make me welcome!
When I was very young I used to play Mw2 all the time, then when I got xp The cd no longer worked , every so often I would check for a patch to make it work but could never find one, eventually the CD was lost when I was moving house, Then I checked and what do you know, there is now a patch to get it working
I still have the full-bnlown installation on my pc, is there any way to run without the cd?
