Naturally if there's anymore information you'd like, I would be happy to provide it.

Please start DosBox contained in MechVM directly, and type mw2 to run MW2. Do you see an error message? You may have to edit mw2.bat in DosBox's BAT directory and add some "pause" lines. Did you create a CD image as needed for DosBox?
