I'm curious again: which operating systems have you actually used frequently in the last, say, 3 months?

I wonder because knowing this may help me configure MechVM for everybody's needs.

Please post if you are using 64-bit versions of your OS.

Operating systems I use:
Laptop:
- Vista 32 bit - I want to get rid of it to save disk space
- Vista 64 bit - used mostly for developing MechVM and gaming
- OpenSuse - used for anything related to my studies and testing MechVM under Linux

PC:
- Currently used to test-drive Windows 7 and gaming

My PC's at work:
- First PC mostly used under Windows XP, 32-bit development
- Second PC has only Linux (both 32 and 64-bit editions) installed, used far less often

Well, I use XP primarily, but on occasion I use Vista, Windows 7, Windows 98.
As for linux, I do use it, but it is primarily just when I fix the server or add something to the server.
On a rare occasion I might boot it up in a virtual machine though. I use Debian primarily.

Using Vista currently -- which sucks. Waiting on 7 to come about.

WinXP, and Linux distribution I use at the moment is Ubuntu 9.04.

If you really use Windows 3.1, then DOS is your operating system.

XP on PC, Fedora 9 on my laptop (both are 32-bit)

I run both Windows XP and Ubuntu (version 8.10) on my Dell C600 series laptop. I use XP to do about... well, everything. Including Mech2. I use Ubuntu for its cost-free office software (us CAP cadet deputy commanders need to be organized )

On some occasions, I will use Vista. I wedged my foot in the door, so to speak, and I use stuff like MechVM or CloneCD on here.

I mainly use Ubuntu 8.10 on my PC but I had to reinstall XP to use some software that don't work (or too slowly) with Linux.
