Wow, this is interesting a
Police Quest/Mech2 Strategy guide in german...
Too bad I do not read German, I would be quite interested in that.

I recently got the official MechWarrior II Battle Guide (
1,
2). I can get this book and inform you if there's anything worth knowing, but you saw it first.

As for the Battle Guide I have that, it is pretty good all in all.
I use it in conjunction with the other two guides. All three of them lack quite abit of detail on the missions unfortunately, but they are good starting points.
One of them, I forget which had a special bat file in it which got it working on NT which is interesting imo.

Wow that looks neat. And the Battle Guide can ship to Nordamerika too...
