Wanna know what's even more humiliating?

We live about an eigth-mile too far from being able to use DSL, our next door neighbors can get it but we can't. :(

hehe, you find your dream home but you move into a technological nightmare. sucks.

Maybe if you called the DSL provider and told them, if they could get the service to you, you're willing to sign up service with them


is there something physically preventing them from getting DSL service to you?

well, there's a creek... lot's of rock... trees too... and theres so little room on our road it looks almost imposible to dig anywhere.

those are all obstacles that can be dealt with by the cable/telephone companies
