Mercs '95 vs Mercs Dos

Hello, everyone. I just wanted to drop by and post screenshots of two different versions of Mercs, the Dos version and the Windows 95 version. I'm not sure if the Dos version looks like this for everyone, but I'll assume it does (if it doesn't, I'd appreciate it if someone told me how to make it look better on Dos). The purpose of this post is mostly just to inform people who are unsure of the differences between the two versions, and don't know which one they should try installing. While the '95 version has many more crashes and bugs (like the Mechlab bug, where if you modify a 'Mech, your game [and in my case my whole computer] crashes), it at least looks pretty snazzy.
As you can see, the terrain on the '95 version is much more detailed (at least, on my computer) and easier to navigate through. On the Dos version, it's hard to tell if you're going to run into a wall or a hill that's too steep to climb, since the terrain is all one colour.
