That is rather intresting that the Hamster Dance is one of the first Memes on the internet.
Trogdor, and Badger-Badger-Badger are Memes as well.
And who could ever forget, "All your base are belong to us" or the Wazzup thing.

i do the wazzup thing with my kid. but i never considered it a meme. I saw a few spoofs, but dont remember it being that big.
