Hi, sorry I'm taking so long to give you results. But my computer currently has a virus I'm trying to get rid of. I'll let you know as soon as I finally get rid of it and have time to fix Mechwarrior 2. Thanks for your help.

I actually have two mechwarrior CD's. One is the softkey edition (The one I was trying) and the other one is I cannot identify, it is a yellow disk with a silver mad cat to the left of the middle. I haven't tried the yellow one yet.

Edit: Ah, Never mind I think i got it ...

Whenever I try to run mech warrior 2 on my windows XP computer it comes on runs fine until I try to do a mission. Whenever I try that it closes and gives me the "Mech warrior 2 has encountered an error and needs to close, we apologize for this inconvenience". I have installed it correctly with the ...
